The property reserves the right to charge the 18% of the credit cards, paypal or stripe prior to arrival.
Cancellations Policy
In case you cancel the reservation we apply the following penalties:
- Before 30 days prior the date of arrival, no penalty. The deposit will be refunded in full, will be deducted only agency fee which are quantified in
€ 50.
- Within 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be returned.
- Within 21 days 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- Within 15 days 75 % of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- Within 7 days 100 % of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- During your stay even partial waivers will not be refunded.
